Where We Build
From established Charlotte neighborhoods to the Lake James area, we build custom homes shaped by the lot and by how each family lives. Here is where we work.

CHARLOTTE
As a luxury custom home builder serving Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, NC, we build in and around Myers Park, Dilworth, Southpark and Cotswold, from the 7,311 SF Queens Road West to the Greenway Townes duets beside Freedom Park. In established neighborhoods like these, the street and the lot set the standard, and the craftsmanship has to meet it: considered floor plans, quality materials and detailing that holds up over time.
LAKE JAMES
In the Lake James area of western North Carolina, in Nebo, Marion and Morganton across McDowell and Burke counties, we build custom lake houses and second homes with the same premier craftsmanship and design as our work in the city. The goal is a retreat that feels established from day one, fitted to its lot and built to be enjoyed for years.
